   Exercise - Workout Plans »
Many people try to lose fat by dieting, doing tons of abs exercises, or doing aerobics. But none of these are completely effective by themselves.

Dieters may end up losing weight, but in the end look unhealthy, have loose skin, and then get discouraged. Remember there is no such thing as spot reduction! Aerobic exercise will definitely promote fat loss, but often times the first fat lost is in the face, lower body, and arms rather than the admoninal area. Too much aerobic exercise by itself may also result in an unhealthy apperance.

You must have a balanced diet, along with exercise, aerobic and weight training to achieve the results you are looking for. The more lean muscle mass you have, the more calories your body will burn on a daily basis. Your body will look better and you will feel healthier if you weight train at least two to three times per week.

Good health is defined as "a state of freedom from bodily or mental disease".
