Fitness can be defined in many different ways. To some people fitness might mean a slim waistline, to others it could be the ability to bench-press their body weight, and to others it is simply a general feeling of wellness.
Fitness is not just about strength, endurance or fat content, but a combination of many factors. Basic fitness is about a balance between work and play, about maintaining a healthy diet and weight, about exercise and reducing the unhealthy chemicals we put into our bodies--it's about feeling good about ourselves and making the most of each day.
